Pet Policy

NO PETS ALLOWED IN PHASE 2.
IN PHASE 1: $350 Pet Fee $30 Pet Rent No puppies or kittens must be 1 year of age. No visiting pets allowed. The only pets that are accepted are cats and dogs. No Ferrets, no tea cup pigs, no mini horse or pony. Restricted breeds: Husky, Pit Bull, American Staffordshire Terrier, Doberman Pinscher, Bull Mastiff, Rottweiler, German Sheppard, Chow and any mix restricted breeds. If your pet relieves itself in property common areas, you must remove and properly dispose of any droppings immediately. A charge of $100 will be assessed for each infraction of the rule set forth. A photo of your pet is required prior to move-in. Each pet is required prior to move-in. Each pet must be registered at the property and required to complete DNA testing.
