The apartments are sized well, the staff is phenomenal great response time when you need anything, and friendly too , and the range of amenities is great as well. I like having a garage, and the residents are generally friendly to us as well.
CONS
Not too many of them Only wish there were easier access to Camelback Rd. than the main entrance. Turning left in out of the complex can be a challenge, especially during busy times.

|Recommended: YesAwesome experience — Honestly I think 9920 apartments are pretty cool. I like having the home feel home in a apartment setting. There were times where I heard my neighbors but not nearly as often as my past experiences in different neighborhoods. The walls are pretty solid and that is very important to me. The staff has been awesome as well. The apartments are affordable in my opinion.

|Recommended: YesVery spacious — The 2 bed 2 bath is very open and has lots of room in the kitchen, dining room, and closets. The master bathroom is very nice and reminds me of a higher end hotel. The 2 car garage is very open with storage space available even with 2 cars parked. The carpet and appliances are wonderful and go together nicely, it's felt like home from the first day.
