The Apartment was clean and looked like it had been maintained upon move in as well. Great experience.

|Recommended: YesClean, Friendly, Quite Environment. — My family and I really love how clean the property remains on a daily basis. Upon moving in, we had a few things that needed to be fixed and the manager Taylor was quick to assist with making sure our apartment was serviced immediately. The maintenance worker was very helpful and made sure we were satisfied with the work done before he would leave our apartment. The staff at the front office, nothing but smiles and always ready to assist us with our living needs. We're very happy we made the choice to move in at 9920 apartments. We look forward to using all the amenities that are provided at the resident for us tenants.

|Recommended: YesQuiet and safe — I have lived here for 2 years with a family of 4 and I felt very safe. The apartment complex is nice and quiet with top notch management. Maintenance was professional and on time. The complex is gated and I had no problem with security issues. Best of all is that each unit has a garage and some has parking lanes. Over all I would recommend this complex to any one, especially with children.
