|Recommended: YesVery accommodating and comfortable. — The area is clean, quiet, and all residents are very friendly. They always smile at me and they were very welcoming The staff is great, quick to fix anything that is wrong. They are never rude or make me feel like a bother when I need help with something. Overall, this is an amazing, affordable place to live in.
|Recommended: YesBest place to live — This is by far the best apartment complex I have visited and now live. The staff works with you calmly and they don't rush or push you into a place, very professional. It's like you're family and they all know you by name. This is the best place in Phoenix and I've seen many. It's quiet and peaceful, very homey and clean. Worth every penny. I moved from my beautiful WA state 3 yrs ago and this place is one of the few good things that has happened to me since I've been here. Very nice, you can't go wrong.
|Recommended: YesImpressed so far — I just moved here so I can’t speak too fast but what I do know is that Lisa and the ladies of the rental office are so nice. Professionalism at its best. I love the eye contact and firm hand shakes. That alone tells you about business minded and straightforward individuals. Their promptness to situations are also a plus.
|Recommended: YesLots of Potential — I would say this is a great place to live if only the Management team would take better care of making sure the units are properly kept and do something with the dog owners not cleaning up after their pets. I wish there was a maybe button to chose from. Yes, but you will need to put in many work requests to improve your temporary home. Or maybe I wasn't offered the luxury apartment

|Recommended: YesClean, affluent, chill and safe. — It feels very safe and relaxed. It's a bit on the expensive side and there are a couple of bogus rules but nothing I can't deal with. I enjoy the layout because I don't share walls with neighbors. The garages opening and closing are a bit loud and it's annoying that landscaping starts so early since I work nights. It's all worth it for me though nice area, freeway adjacent and I don't have to worry about crime.
|Recommended: YesOverall property is nice — Currently in a 3 bedroom apartment but it does need some work on inside, i have cracks all through my walls i have some older appliances. I don't care for carpet.

|Recommended: YesGreat if i didn't have nosey kids over my head 24 7 — i would tell them to make sue that don't get a apartment when some lives overhead with kids because it sucks you get no rest. the apartments themselves are beautiful but they should not rent to kids on the second floor. bad bad idea.
|Recommended: YesIT IS A VERY NICE PLACE TO LIVE WITH CHILDREN AND WITH PETS — YES I HIGHLY RECOMMEND 9920 APARTMENTS IT IS SUCH A VERY NICE PLACE TO LIVE IT IS SO VERY CLEAN EVERY WEEK THE CUT THE GREENERY KEEP THE GARBAGE CANS EMPTY ALWAYS PICKING UP PAPERS AND WHEN YOU NEED SOMETHING THE MAINTENANCE ARE THE BEST OF THE BEST NO WAITING AT ALL AND THE OFFICE
STAFF IS AWESOME THEY GET RIGHT ON THE PROBLEM AND FIX IT RIGHT AWAY
AND IT SO CLEAN IN THERE OFFICE TO AND ALWAY FEEL SO FRESH AND SMELL SO GOOD I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH AND THE CLEANEST POOL FOR EVERYONE IS SO CLEAN EVERY DAY JUST COME AND SEE FOR YOURSELF

|Recommended: YesGreat People, Amazing Maintenance, Nice Living Space — I've had only positive interactions with every employee at 9920 - from office staff, to maintenance, to management. Everyone at 9920 has gone out of their way to be helpful to me. They know who I am, by name and apartment number, which is a really nice touch in such a large community.I love my apartment - plenty of space, well taken care of,rarely hear my neighbors. I do have a 2 car garage, and honestly, unless you have two Fiats or Smart cars, you're going to find it hard to fit two cars in the garage if you need to be able to open doors on both sides of both cars. Parking outside the garage can be a hassle, because there are simply more people in some buildings than others. However, I follow the parking rules and have never had any issues beyond having to park further away and then walk back to my building.

|Recommended: YesRoom for Improvement — Staff needs to be more tenant friendly When we moved in, we were not informed that the apartment was for handicap, THEREFORE LACKING IN CABINET SPACES IN THE KITCHEN, IN BOTH BATHROOMS AND CLOSET. Also we were not informed that the apartment had a 4 car garage, therefore we had to pay 100 extra per month. On moving out, after spending a whole Sunday afternoon shampooing the carpet, we were informed that we would be charged for the carpet to be shampooed. We would have appreciated being informed before spending all that time and money to clean the carpet ourselves.
Other than that, it's a very nice place to live. We especially enjoyed having an attached garage.
