The property staff and manager, Lauren, are accommodating and provide excellent customer service The most beautiful and uniquely designed and spacious luxury apartment homes I've seen. I am so happy I found 9920 Apartments and recommend it for anyone or family looking for a quality and safe place to live in an excellent community with an excellent manager and team I receive compliments from family and friends who have visited. |Recommended: YesNice place to call home — My unit is pretty close to the street so a lot of traffic noise but the location makes up for that. The parking is horrible and parking rules a bit silly since you cant park in your short driveway even though the sidewalk isn't red. The unit it very clean and everything works even though the appliances were clearly the originals. My only interior complaint is there is no ice maker in my fridge. I have a dog that I clean up after however most don't and its disgusting. We sign an addendum stating we will pick up or be fined. Either the person s not picking up are really rich or the rule should be removed from the lease documents since few comply.
|Recommended: YesMy Experience — Overall, as any new resident, we have expectations because we go based on others people perspective or experience. I have not lived in an apartment in the past 10 or 20 years, so I had a WAY different idea of what living in an apartment complex was and being biased bcuz of the bad reviews 9920 apts had in the different media outlets.
1. Don't believe most of the reviewers, I mean are they really trying to get into people's face I have been living here for the past month or so, and I have only seen my neighbors once or maybe twice. I work, I have a life and I try to stay away from others.
2. Staff is friendly some a little arrogant but hey is part of being in a community.
3. Submitted a few requests to get things done, I mean I don't expect the staff to be on top of it but I do want things to get fixed most major things were taking care right away.
4. Noise Hm... I live in the 2nd floor and under our neighbor's garage, so thats the only noise I hear when they come in or they leave.
5. Parking - I wish I would have a 2 car garage, as sometimes I can't find a nearby parking but there are plenty of parking space around the complex that you can park.
Overall, if you want to be a noisy neighbor and you want to get in trouble you would probably like any other place. I have had a great experience overall I enjoy living here.
Read reviews and try for yourself. My experience has been a positive one and I would recommend anyone if you want to have a quiet life, then you come to the right place.
|Recommended: YesOk place — Ok place to live , clean and well priced. Parking is the only real problem , there are VERY FEW parking spots for guest or you to park. I MUST park in garage at all time , as my driveway is too short to park on. Can also hear neighbors noise very well in most rooms.

|Recommended: YesGreat location and modern units — The grounds are very well kept. We haven't had too many issues at all except for a few that they couldn't have avoided. They were very quick to respond to any issues we did have and did what they could to get things managed. The walls might be a little thin as we can hear our neighbors from time to time but I'd expect that with an apartment complex in general. Overall, great designed unit with unit garages. Also great location to the freeway and other shopping complexes.
|Recommended: NoStaff is wonderful, grounds are beautiful, parking great — Thin walls, smokers will smoke, and you can take the ghetto and of the neighborhoods, but you can't take the ghetto out of the neighbors. Getting in and out of the main entrance is like playing Frogger®. Try not to get slammed on the way out The side gate is closed on the weekend.

|Recommended: YesBeautful complex, placed in a great area — Its a very comfortable complex, kid and family friendly. The complex is very clean and the staff is extremely kind and helpful.
|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — We have lived here for about a month now and love it . It's clean and safe and staff is very helpful and nice . Parking is a hassle everyday because some people don't use there garage. But besides that i love it .

|Recommended: YesGreatly recommend — I found myself in an unfortunate situation when I had to find a new place to live as soon as possible. My experience with 9920 Apartments has been exceptional, from ease of being approved to management doing everything necessary to allow me to move in within four days. Maintenance requests are fulfilled in a timely manner, from programming garage door openers to replacing light bulbs. The entire unit was exceptionally clean when I moved in. I highly recommend 9920 apartments to anyone who is looking for a beautiful home with wonderful management.
