|Recommended: YesNice apartments — I've enjoyed my time at 9920. Any issues that have came up in my apartment were fixed immediately. I do feel the apartments are overpriced for what you get. The kitchen and bathroom does need updating as well as the overall outside appearance. Sometimes the neighbors can be heard through the walls or even just outside. Overall, I recommend these apartments, having a garage and driveway is the truly the best part.

|Recommended: Yes9920 the place to be — I have lived at 9920 apartments for roughly a month now. I have had a wonderful experience up to this point. The staff has been friendly, as well as my neighbors. The grounds are kept well the facilities are above average. Thankful to have found 9920 apartments

Best place I have lived since moving to Arizona — The layout of this apartment is GREAT......Once inside I can not even hear a car......No loud neighbors, no late night parties ....... My work schedule consists of VERY early mornings and 10 to 12 hour days...... Having a attached garage is wonderful....... Office staff is wonderful and maintenance guys are great, fast and efficient. It is true like they say you get what you pay for
